If you are using the Text element:

- In the settings, go to the Style tab
- Open Font & Text and choose the option: Align Full
- Click OK

If you use the Plain Text element:
- In the settings, go to the Style tab
- Open Font & Text and set Text Align to Justify
- Click OK
