Colors

In the Colors view you can create a predefined color palette for your site. This makes maintaining and controlling the colors of the site easier. Changes to a pre-defined color will be immediately applied site-wide to all elements containing it.



SPECIFYING a new color

  1. Click the add color button once to open the Color properties view.
  2. Specify the Color name.
  3. In the Instructions field, write the text you want to be visible in the select boxes that are used for selecting the predefined colors. If the field is left empty the Color name will be used.
  4. Click the select the color rectangle to open the Color chooser pop-up window.
  5. In the Color chooser�
    Click to select the color from the websafe colors table or
    Spesify the RGB or Hue, Saturation and Lightness Color values or the HTML code of the color.
    The preview of the color is visible in the in the bottom of the Color chooser window.
  6. Click the done button once to select the color and to close the Color chooser.
  7. Click the save button in the Color properties view to add the color in the list of pre-defined Colors.

Editing pre-defined colorS

  1. Click the color name in the color list to open the Color properties view.
  2. You can modify the Color name.
  3. You can modify the color�s description.
  4. You can modify the color using the same method as in specifying the new color.
  5. Click the save button once to save the color changes.
    The changes are immediately applied site-wide to all the elements containing this pre-defined color.
 

Deleting colors

  1. Click to check the select boxes to select the colors to be removed from the color list.
    TIP: Clicking the small green square above the checkboxes inverts the selection
  2. Click the delete button below the color list once.
    The alert window appears.
  3. Confirm the operation
