We are delighted to have been awarded as one of the Red Herring 2008 Global 100. It is a prestigious award, and marks another step in our goal of becoming one of the worlds leading web service platforms. There were some amazing companies there, and I was really impressed by the drive and energy they all exhibited for their business ideas and the future prospects, especially in this current climate.

Out of 1,800 companies, the Red Herring editorial team deployed a detailed process to drill-down the best companies first to 200 finalists, then to the top 100 winners of this global award. Evaluations were made on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as financial performance, innovation, management, global strategy, and ecosystem integration. The announcement of the winners was made at the Red Herring 100 Global taking place in San Diego from January 14-16, 2009 which we participated in.

The most important thing is that we now have some exposure to the US market and this award will help us as we begin to extend our reach.

The amazing thing for us is that for 10 years, Red Herring's editorial team has evaluated entrepreneurship around the globe and spotted some of the most influential companies on the web including past award winners include Google, Yahoo!, Skype and YouTube. We will be then next big thing in our market too!
